چکیده

in cognitive radio (CR), CR users or also known as secondary users (SUs) are considered licensed spectrum. During the case when the primary user claims the band of the spectrum that is occupied by the SU ongoing call must be transferred to another unused spectrum band. The variation in spectrum band is called spectrum mobility. In this paper, we investigate an analytical model to show the effect of different event on channel availability and spectrum mobility in mobile cognitive radio Ad hoc networks (CR-MANET), along with emphasize on those factors and types of mobility, which necessitate comprehensive mobility and handoff management in CR-MANETs. KeywordsCognitive Radio, Spectrum Mobility, Handoff Management, node mobility.

Prevalence and Molecular Characterization of Plasmid-mediated Extended-Spectrum β-Lactamase Genes (balaTEM, blaCTX and blASHV) Among Urinary Escherichia coli Clinical Isolates in Mashhad, Iran

Objective(s) Extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) producing bacteria have an important role in nosocomial infections. Due to the limited availability of information about the molecular epidemiology of ESBL producing bacteria in Mashhad, we decided to investigate about TEM, CTX and SHV ESBLs among urinary Escherichia coli isolates in Mashhad, a city in northeast Iran. A Study on Quantitative Parameters of Spectrum Handoff in Cognitive Radio Networks

The innovation of wireless technologies requires dynamic allocation of spectrum band in an efficient manner. This has been achieved by Cognitive Radio (CR) networks which allow unlicensed users to make use of free licensed spectrum, when the licensed users are kept away from that spectrum. The cognitive radio makes decision, switching from primary user to secondary user and vice-versa, based on...

CHARACTERIZATION OF HIGH MOBILITY GROUP NONHISTONE PROTEINS FROM DIFFERENTIATED NEUROPHILIC GRANULOCYTES

The quantitative changes of the high mobility group (HMG) nonhistone chromosomal proteins in nondividing, differentiated peritoneal exudate neutrophils were identified by their solubility, electrophoretic mobility on both SDS and acetic acid gels, densitometric traces and elution profile on CM-sephadex. The results indicated that in neutrophils, HMGl undergoes a considerable reduction (80%...

Neuroinflammation in Autism Spectrum Disorders: the Role of High Mobility Group Box 1 Protein

The pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) likely involves genetic and environmental factors, impacting the complex neurodevelopmental and behavioral abnormalities of the disorder. Scientific researches emerging within the past two decades suggest that immune dysfunction and inflammation have pathogenic influences through different mechanisms, all leading to both a chronic state of low ...

Characterization of biophysical properties of single chloride channel in rat brain mitochondrial inner membrane by channel incorporation into bilayer lipid membrane

Introduction: Recent studies have shown the presence of Cl- channels in heart and liver mitochondrial membranes. In this work, we have characterized the functional profile of a Cl- channel from rat brain mitochondria. Methods: After removing and homogenizing the rat brain, the supernatant was separately centrifuged in MSEdigitonin, H2O and Na2CO3 and mitochondrial inner membrane vesicles wer...
